We're seeking a passionate and highly organised Full-Time Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of live entertainment, working closely with international and local artists, venues, vendors, production teams and industry partners to deliver high-quality concerts and events.

From pre-production and artist logistics to on-site coordination and post-event wrap-up, the Event Coordinator will play a key role in managing the full event lifecycle and ensuring every show runs smoothly from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute concerts and events from pre-production to post-event wrap-up.
• Coordinate artist logistics, including flights, hotels, transport and visas.
